I can't say enough good things about this place! This was the second time I rented from Tower Press, first in their Tower Press building and then at 2320 Lofts! Linda at 2320 was absolutely an awesome building manager, always kept us up to date with building maintenance schedules, kept us up to date with things that were going on downtown and made sure rules were enforced. we've been here just over a month and have struggled with something rather frequently. multiple appliance issues (including the thermostat) and now our closet has puddles of water from the rain seeping through the cracks in the walls. all external walls sweat which causes a great deal of moisture in all of the rooms. maintenance requests during the week are prompt, but good luck on the weekends. at times, the responses received from parts of management are condescending and don't fully own the problem. you can tell that most... read more
