Great gym! Everyone was very friendly! As we were visiting the area from out of state, it was super easy to setup a drop in session to get a workout in. Patrick and Courtney were very friendly and accommodating!
I started going to physical therapy for a hip injury. When I got better, I wanted to continue getting stronger. I had been through cancer treatment and had lost a lot of strength and stamina. Eric sent me to Kourtney at 2311 Community Fitness which is next door to the PT office and part of the same group. She worked with me to understand my restrictions and still encourage me in strength training. Both she and Patrick are great young trainers! I continue to benefit under their guidance.
