I’ve been a loyal customer and have various products of 23Zero, but my experience with the Falcon Pro awning and wall kit has been extremely disappointing, and changed my view on the brand. The awning started leaking not long after purchase, and despite all my efforts to get it sorted, the issue has never been properly resolved. Over the past year, I’ve had to visit the store six times, had two new canvases fitted, and even had patch repair work done to both of them, yet the awning still leaks.
