I brought in a gift that turned out to be an old film video camera, and it was completely stuck in its lockable case. The staff took the time to understand the mechanism, and within ten minutes they had discovered the hidden switch needed to unlock the clasp. They were skilled, professional, and had a relaxed and humorous demeanor. It's a great place with a very charming dog
