Narrow parking spaces.
Tried to validate parking twice, no one is answering my calls on the ticket and no one is reading my messages to confirm validation. Had to pay out of pocket even though my employer is paying for my parking. Is there someone even working here?! I've had my parking validated here before and I've never has issues until now. Update: The customer support is very 50/50. Sometimes they do answer quick and other times they'lll get back to my messages hours later or none at all
It was cool that parking is validated by the market. Unfortunately, we were harassed by security when standing by our car for a couple minutes before leaving. We were confused for a couple seconds when he ordered us to leave, and before we could even respond he escalated to threats, very disappointing.
