Its like free parking. You dont need to pay any parking fines issued by impark - and any of their collection notices are invalid. Its fantastic. Do a quick search, "do i have to pay a parking fine issued by a private 3rd party parking enforcement" Short answer is no, only a city issued parking ticket will you need to pay.
