This is an amazing place to live especially if you are a student. Units are extremely nice and well kept. They even recently started putting new backsplash in the units, adding to their already existing elegance. Ray and Elyse are two amazing people that are always willing to assist and support whenever needed. Highly recommend leasing here!
Although I didn’t enjoy my apartment here, new management is the best I’ve ever dealt with. They are super nice and willing to help you, and they are really turning this place into a better living situation for tenants.
I scheduled a tour on Saturday 07/13. The appointment was confirmed by text and emails multiple times . I Drove from Cleveland to Columbus to receive an email while I was at the property (10 minutes before my tour) stating that she/he (the property manager) had to leave the office and asking us to reschedule. I emailed back explaining that I drover 2 hours to tour the apartment and I was willing to wait a couple of hours but didn’t get a response.
