This place is a disgrace, I don't have many life regrets but I sure regret moving here. Only been here for a full year and dealt with more problems than fingers. From the STRONG LACK of communication, to roaches, greedy management, THIN WALLS, forcing people to get their cable and wi-fi, overcharging on utlities this place deserves the worst ratings! They are horrible at their communication I applied for this apartment and I have not gotten a call back and I waited three weeks for them to call me crappy management and greedy people And then want to play with my sister and put my sister out. I’m not for that. You will rep what you sow I wouldn’t recommend staying here and they have a roach problem. Please do not put your application in.

Roach infested (feel free to look through other reviews as well). Unsafe, homeless people sleep in the hallways during the winter among other things. Garage door was broken for 6 months (look through other reviews). Besides that, great building if managed correctly.
