I drove an evo, parked here, and paid one-hour parking fee. After 20 mins when I came back, I got a ticket. I don’t know if they looked down upon these people who driving shared cars or what??

I parked here for 10 minutes and went inside for order pick-up. When I came out, the car was ticketed. I think they patrol the parking lot all the time and as soon as a customer enters the store, they immediately ticket them. I tried to call the impark but no one answered. 10 mins for $90
ImPark as a whole company is just have a bad service especially for monthly parking. They milk your credit/debit card hard as much as they can. They have been charging me monthly for almost a year for a service I am no longer using but because I dont open my impark account to check my invoice I will never know not until I thoroughly check my bank statements. Its even hard to find their correct and proper contact number not until I got to talk to the fraud and dispute agent of my bank!. I complained and explained my side of s... read more
