Extremely overpriced college dorm room. You're not allowed to bring alcohol or cigarettes on the roof, which closes at 10PM. It’s also closed 6months of the year for no reason. Only two guests are allowed in the building at a time. The ‘gym’ consists of a few dumbbells and treadmills. No machines or even a pull-up bar. If you lock yourself out they charge you $350 to open your door with their key. They make up arbitrary rules at their whim with no prior notice.
