We recently toured a lot of Brandon area apartment complexes, and we decided to sign a lease here. Alvin and the rest of the staff are all really friendly and personable. The grounds and amenities are very nice and we can't wait to move into our new place.
Worse place I ever lived. I don’t recommend anyone to live here.
We went on a quick tour and the experience was great from Monika Loayza The Marketing Specialist. She did a great job explaining the requirements for those nice homes and the understanding of our needs and situation very nice lady and helpful.we definitely recommend talking to her in the future!!!💯☺️
We had such a great experience thanks to our leasing agent Monika. She was honestly amazing, so knowledgeable, kind, and really easy to talk to. We didn’t even have an appointment, but she squeezed us in without hesitation and treated us like we were her priority. She took the time to actually listen to what we needed, what would work for us, and what wouldn’t. She didn’t just show us one place and call it a day. Monika was so kind and professional with answering all of our in person questions, multiple emails and our phone calls while we were deciding on becoming residents here. We already have had a few maintenance requests and they were all addressed within the 24hrs after putting them in. This is how property management should be done! With professionalism and pride in keeping the place up and being a warm welcome to all and future residents. Super happy to call this place home, other complexes take notes!!
