Monika has been amazing. We moved from out of state and she could not have been a better! She made us feel comfortable and excited. She communicated every step of the way and worked with my dad is local to get everything done. I really look forward to living here.
DO NOT RENT HERE! They WILL steal your money. After WEEKS of emails and HOURS of phone calls, they REFUSE to pay their portion of the electric bill after our move out date. We moved in the middle of the month (for various reasons involving this complex) and have refused to pay their portion of what they owe to the electric company, leaving us on the hook for the entire amount, not only for what we used, but for what the NEW tenants used as well. Absolutely scummy behavior. DO. NOT. RENT. HERE.
Last Saturday I had a tour with Monika. Wow the community is beautiful. Monika was able to answer all my questions (including the crazy one). She also showed me how easy is to apply online in just few minutes. I can see myself moving into a 2 bedroom apartment in the next few weeks. I love how close I will be to my work and the mall.
