I’ve lived in this apartment for three years and have witnessed its steady decline. The amenities fee keeps increasing, and starting two years ago, residents were charged additional fees for common areas (such as sewer, hallway lighting, and water used in shared spaces). These charges are completely nontransparent—we can’t see how they’re measured—and they used to be free when I first moved in. Very elegant. Has pool, gym, play room. Room for events with nice big kitchen etc.
I have had nothing but a great experience with these apartments and the staff. Grover and Joe the maintenance guy has helped me feel at home and safe here, I'm new to Zanesville but I know a good apartment place and company by experience and when I see it. They work with you on your needs and joe gets things done in a timely fashion and is so nice and fun to get to know. I am so thankful and blessed to be a resident here at pershing apartments.
