I don't have anything new to add about this apartment complex that has not already been said. The AC breaks down repeatedly in the summer (temperatures inside being in the 90s), the heater in the winter (temp below 55 degrees for several weeks in the Winter), the Elevator breaks down every couple of weeks (no other elevator available if you live on floors 19 and 20), and so on. Worst place to live they say and call it luxury living and high life. It all BS we paid 4k a month for penthouse apt that they said, was ready to move in and as soon as we did started having instant problems with dryer sinks with missing plumbing allowing sewage smell throughout the apartment. Along with people smoking weed inside their apartment and it drifting into your apartment above. Save yourself the trouble and find another place to call home. AC broke countless times during the summer and was about 85° to 90° in our apartment daily. In the winter it was so cold the inside of our windows froze and when they melt the water gets everywhere. Having 4 elevators only 2 worked. They have been working on the pool and hot tub for 7 years (not exaggerating) when we moved in they told us 2 or 3 months, still not done over a year later.
