I have lived at 220 Twentieth Street for nearly three years and truly enjoy calling this building home. The staff is what makes this place special—the front desk team is amazing and always greets me with a smile, and the management office is proactive about keeping us informed. The building is consistently clean and remarkably quiet, even with nearby construction. My wife and I have been at 220 now for nearly a year, and we have loved it. Planning to resign. The staff is super kind, responsive, and gracious. Facilities are great as well! We came from a pretty terrible situation at Altaire just down the street, and the difference is NIGHT AND DAY. Couldn't recommend it enough.
Ms. T, the new 220 daytime concierge lead is great and is willing to assist in any way! She is always pleasurable and greets tenants and guests positively no matter what kind of day she is having. She takes the extra initiative to call me directly when I receive a perishable package.
Terrible complex. Absolutely no parking for visitors or couriers but will not accept packages downstairs. Come prepared to get ticketed if you visit. Front desk people have terrible manners and will not help you at all.
I really like this apartment building although some complained that the elevators were frequently out of service that doesn't influence my rating
