I lived here for 2 years. Pros: 1. Installation in apartment is top tier. I NEVER hear any noise from my neighbors, this was the best! 2. Maintenance requests are resolved quickly 3. The gym is well equipped. I get a pretty good workout in at the gym. Cons: 1. The elevators are OFTEN unavailable and not working. This is often! Only 1 out of 4 elvators are working 2. The rust from the ceiling in the parking garage can drip on your new car so be careful where you park in the garage 3. The boilers go out in the winter often so ... read more

This apartment is amazing! Staffs are very friendly, neighborhood is very nice! Colin, the maintenance manager, is always super helpful! He was always very willing to help and is quick with fixes!
