We can't say enough about this property. The staff, especially Christin, is so responsive, and such a gem all the way around! The shared spaces such as the laundry, lobby, exercise room, etc, are exceptionally clean. My daughter had a wonderful experience there and wouldn't hesitate returning in the future. Great job, 220 Madison!
Best apartments ever and Christin and Omar and Dennis are the absolute best. Fix any and every problem and host tons of fun parties and gatherings for everyone. If I could give 100 stars I would!
Definitely a great spot to live if you are looking for a great family vibe, nice apartment and reasonable costs. Lived here for a year and loved every second of it. Kristen is the glue that holds the place together and the rest of the staff are all amazing people who are responsive and always on top of what needs to be done. Would highly recommend.
I lived at 220 Madison for two years, and it was hands down one of the best rental experiences I’ve had. Living here made it feel like home always and I loved the food they gave us such as Chick Fil A, Eddie and Sam’s, Dave’s Hot Chicken, and Green Lemon. My daughter is entering her second year at 220 Madison! I can't say enough good things regarding this site. Its safe (kiddy corner to the police station), clean, great amenities, and the management staff is always willing to help my daughter out with a request or her parents if needed since we live in NY. Its a short walk to UT Campus for classes. Highly recommend 220 Madison. :)
