Loveeeee it here. Management is amazing. Christin is so helpful and always available for a convo about anything and has helped me with so much the past 3 semesters. The view is gorgeous amazing location
220 Madison is the worst place to live in the UTampa area. I lived there for two years and have more terrible experiences than will fit in this review. Beginning with the no parking and pool. Every other apartment complex in the area has both of these amenities for the same costs, please don’t waste your time here. Parking lots near the complex cost $100-$150 a month. I lived at 220 Madison for one year, and wow, what a year. Let’s start with parking. If you have a car, brace yourself. There’s no on-site parking, and nearby garages run $100+ per month- some don’t even allow overnight parking. The garage a block away that 220 Madison “works with” was chaos. First off- $150 a month. At one point, the garage manager threatened to revoke every resident’s pass because someone let a friend in. It eventually blew over, but that gives you an idea of the drama. We can't say enough about this property. The staff, especially Christin, is so responsive, and such a gem all the way around! The shared spaces such as the laundry, lobby, exercise room, etc, are exceptionally clean. My daughter had a wonderful experience there and wouldn't hesitate returning in the future. Great job, 220 Madison!
Best apartments ever and Christin and Omar and Dennis are the absolute best. Fix any and every problem and host tons of fun parties and gatherings for everyone. If I could give 100 stars I would!
