Great quiet place to stay.
We were calling up & owner( lady) took the phone. We requested to book a room & it’s a long drive-11 hrs & we stated we have a pet dog & mentioned English bull dog. So based on those trusted words we came up all the way to Roma QLD. While we come already 10.00 pm , I explained I pay & the pet fee 20$ cash I will give tomorrow because it’s a long way drive. Brenda was very obliging with our booking. Because of uncertain weather, she kept our reservation without any hesitation. One of the two rooms we booked had a problem with the air con, and Brenda swapped rooms without any hesitation Air con was repaired that afternoon. Excellent customer service, great location, older style motel but served our needs totally. Would stay again without hesitation.
