No wonder they went out of business lmao. What a joke. Personally have redone their "professional work" a few times and let me just say, the customers were NOT happy with 22hz, and a Car Audio shop having to redo another car audio shops work? That's just embarrassing.
I am needing a phone call back to discuss the issues your shop caused from your install. I have TWO diagnostic test and mechanics stating “it’s a mess of an install!” I am posting here as I have left numerous voicemails on three different lines and no response. I am now taking my vehicle to another car audio shop to fix your mistakes. You can expect the bill in the mail!
I appreciate your "professional response". First of all I scheduled my install with your owner. I informed him of the device I wanted installed and he responded that he could do it, no problem. Your owner knew exactly what I wanted. I have the emails we sent to each other and I will post them. To answer your other statement, yes the owner does need to call and apologize for not showing up and wasting my day. Its called professional courtesy, something I see is missing from your business.
So I setup an appointment, get multiple reminders for 2 weeks via text and emails. I arrive today excited about my install and confident that I would receive a job well done considering the positive reviews I've seen. I enter the shop and hear I individual cursing and telling an employee he had better receive the rent or he was going to evict them. Moving on I'm informed the Jacob is not in to do my install. I don't know how to respond to the owner of this place as he just responded to my one star review. But, we just got the golf cart back about a month and a half ago so we haven't had it back for MONTHS. I didn't ask for my money back. I wanted him to offer to make it right when I said me and my family were stranded on the side of the road.
