Rented the cozy cottage out back for 4 mos. very enjoyable experience. GREAT location, very private, Miss Vaughan is an excellent host. Never had any issues with appliances etc.
Vaughn is an amazing and beautiful person . The real meaning of " southern hospitality "
Can’t say enough about this bed and breakfast. Ms Vaughan keeps a wonderful, inviting home. Breakfast was fantastic and the location is impossible to beat. My wife and I stayed for our 2nd wedding anniversary and had a blast. We will be back at 22 Charlotte for certain.
