I had a new roof installed- w/in 1 year shingles coming off- he blamed bad ventilation that he could not be responsible for because he couldn't see it was a problem with paint on it (well make it so you can see it) regardless I paid him another 1800.00 to get the proper ventilation and fix the roof. He guaranteed that day forward ANY shingles coming off he would fix (I have a text that he sent me that said that) well still shingles coming off , now he wants me to pay him more to fix those...bottom line less than a 3 year ol... read more
