i have a good decision not to renew again on this insurance. Worst service. if you buy insurance in just snap they will process. But if it about the claim they will give you lots of trouble and headache to pay what you need to reimburse . I submit the claim from march 8 until now they said june. My son at hospital in Dominican Republic can not get an emergency help because they require a claim number from the insurance company ( 21 century ) I’m trying to call the insurance company and they put on hold over an hour and no one answered. Not acceptable at all.
I talked to them to cut my insurance and it’s hard for them to do so ,because I’m not certified with them !!!
