Their service is the worst. When you buy insurance, everything is processed in just a snap. But when it comes to making a claim, they give you a lot of trouble and headaches just to reimburse what you are entitled to receive. When you call them, they provide different email addresses each time, which only wastes more of your time. Very bad service overall. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
i have a good decision not to renew again on this insurance. Worst service. if you buy insurance in just snap they will process. My son at hospital in Dominican Republic can not get an emergency help because they require a claim number from the insurance company ( 21 century ) I’m trying to call the insurance company and they put on hold over an hour and no one answered. Not acceptable at all.
