We honestly cant recommend these guys enough. The entire process was super well organised and Brooklyn did an amazing job of checking in with us every step to make sure we were happy with the little details as well as making sure we knew where everything was up to. Same goes for the builder as well, he helped with any questions we had and made sure everything was exactly as we wanted it. 21st Century Tiles & Bathrooms replaced our 40 year old bathroom in Kiama in September 2025. The job started on time, progressed according to their daily schedule and finished on time, 4 weeks after starting. We were impressed with their planning and execution. Many different tradies (employees, contracted plumber, electrician and shower screen manufacturer) were involved and all of them were good to work with. Very happy with our new bathroom. After accepting the quote, Karina then invited us to the showroom to choose what tile options, fittings and cabinetry we would go with. We actually decided upon a shaving cabinet/mirror that was not stocked by 21st Century Tiles and Bathrooms, and this was not a problem at all. We were even invited to take a few different sample tiles home to try and get a gauge how they would look in our home.
