We have had 21st Century renovate our bathroom. Josh and the team were extremely helpful and informative from the first visit. The courtesy and respect we received from all staff and individual contractors was amazing. All were polite and helpful and Karina and Wendy were always on hand for any inquiries. This is the second time I’ve used 21st Century Tiles and Bathroom for a renovation, and once again, I couldn’t be happier with the result. Their communication is excellent from start to finish, their pricing is fair, and they show up when they say they will — which is rare and so appreciated! Josh and Karina and their whole team did an amazing job . Karina was very patient with us and helpful in offering guidance in our selections and I was really impressed how the whole process went smoothly and was so well organised with all the various trades who attended. We were kept informed as who was coming and when and Josh and Karina were very flexible in working around us and other renovations we were undertaking. Highly recommend.

Josh and team were superb when we renovated 2 bathrooms. We got detailed quotes with details on costing, got given a list of tasks and names/phone numbers of tradies doing jobs with dates, wonderful staff (Karina and Wendy) in the shop helping pick accessories and tiles (and dealing with my melt-down), always contactable and helpful. Josh then came back for a quality control check - I would highly, highly recommend him to anyone - and will use his services and team again in the future.

Couldn’t recommend Josh, Wendy, Karina & the team enough! They were able to accommodate our timeframe requests, had great communication throughout the entire bathroom renovation process and were open and honest with feedback. The team and all their contractors were professional and had such an attention to detail. Made it so easy just having a one stop shop who managed all sub-contractors to make it a seamless process. Very very happy with our bathroom!
