I needed physical therapy and knew exactly where to go! Because my daughter had a great experience with 21st Century, I reached out to them. Cole and Josh are extremely knowledgeable, helping their patients understand what is going on with their injury and how the body recovers. Had the very best experience during my post shoulder replacement PT sessions with Cole & Josh. They were clear & precise in explaining/demonstrating each & every exercise technique. And made sure I understood its’ importance in my rehab. They cared for me not only as a patient but as a valued person worthy of carrying on from week to week appointments. Their moral support was encouraging & uplifting, their expertise top-notch.
I have been coming to cole, for a few weeks for my torn rotator cuff to get it strong be for most likely sugery. He has bendt over backwards to make sure I am doing everything I should, to make it an easier to return back to work.
I am so very pleased with 21st Century Rehab Professional and patient first personalities, always made me feel content with my recovery from shoulder replacement . From the receptionist Rani to Josh and Cole. I was so happy to drive only a few miles to a fantastic center. I am going to miss my visits, meet a few of the great people going there to get stronger. I am going to share with my surgeon how Josh and Cole provided such great treatment for me so close to home.
