My experience with Josh, Cole and Renae was top notch. I came in after a year of struggling with frozen shoulder and after the first visit I felt hope for relief. The exercises were spot on for noticing immediate improvements. Not only was their professionalism appreciated but their personal side made me feel comfortable from the beginning. Madrid 21st Century rehab is a wonderful Physical Therapy location. Cole is fabulous. Very knowledgeable and friendly. He explains everything in terms that are understandable with references that help you remember how to do the exercises. He is very personable and caring. I extended my vacation to be able to get in more PT sessions since I was getting so much better. I would wholeheartedly recommend them.
Go see Renee, Cole and Josh at 21st century. They genuinely care about the people in their office. They made me feel like my health and well being was the most important thing, not just another paying customer. Everyone there so helpful from navigating doctor appointments to changing insurance issues. Thank you!
