had an extremely disappointing and upsetting experience with this office. I called in advance while standing near the office because I needed help resolving an insurance/payment issue regarding my appointment. Instead of listening or trying to help, the staff spoke to me very rudely, repeatedly disconnected my calls, and refused to answer my questions. Terrible front desk. Don’t expect your questions to be humanly answered here. Very entitled attitude. I read all the horrible reviews about the front desk here - I hope the management will have at least some reaction to all these reviews. As far as I am concerned personal dissatisfactions at work should be set aside to stay professional, although do not expect that here.
