Writing from the providers experience. Rude, unprofessional front desk. Patient got some kind of a verbal report form a “professional” secretary. Myself as provider Unable to get a report on a patient. Will never refer another pt to them again. Absolutely disguising

The office's operations leave much to be desired. The staff act like true professionals, but the receptionists shamelessly ignore patients while at their desks because they're too busy checking their phones. After expressing dissatisfaction, they rudely accuse waiting patients of unfounded complaints instead of acknowledging their own incompetence. And after all of the above, they suggest avoiding their office to avoid future problems.

Today I called the front desk to make an appointment for a sonogram and mammogram. Unfortunately, the woman who answered the phone was extremely rude and unprofessional. She responded in an aggressive tone, showed no willingness to help, and made me feel very uncomfortable. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable, especially in a medical center where patients expect kindness and support. I no longer feel comfortable coming to this clinic. Very disappointed with the experience.

I called to make an appointment. -The lady who answered the phone was very rude and unprofessional! First, teach your staff how to talk to patients… -I didn't choose your service because of this rudeness!
