The owner knows everything about pools. A regular AI guy has the answer to everything concerning pools, spas he knows his stuff.
They were so helpful getting my 34 year old hot tub up and running after not being used for 13 years! They looked at it as a challenge and were successful! Excellent service!
Chris sent out to service our hot tub, which was having problems. Very efficient and personable. Great service, they are lucky to have him!
Can’t thank Sherman and his team enough for the excellent customer service. Our hot tub broke down in the middle of the cold snap and Sherman was knowledgeable and knew exactly what we needed to fix it. They had the heater part in stock and went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed. Wouldn’t go any where else for service. Highly recommended!! Thanks guys!!
I ordered a new spa cover because the old one had been in use for many years and had become waterlogged and heavy. When the item arrived, 21st Century called me, and they were able to schedule me for installation the next day. Technicians TJ and Jim arrived on time and quickly installed the new cover along with a new cover lifter. They were courteous and professional, cleaned up their work area when they were done and took away the old cover when they left.
