We had a hurricane in Fl. could not get anyone to call us back about our American Whirlpool 471 Spa that we Loved!! We flooded!! Called Kate at 21st. Century Pools and Spas and was blow away (no pun intended) by her kindness and customer service. If the rest of the company is as awesome as her... this is a great company!! Thank you Kate!!
