I don't know why I've never reviewed this place. Been a client for years now, and it's seriously the best. The Roza is friendly and genuine, and she does a good job at a good price. MAKE AN APPOINTMENT - she gets book up fast. I usually go around lunch time during the week (great because she is quick and can get you in and out in an hour), and it's nearly impossible to walk in without an appointment during busy times.

This is my favorite nail salon in Cleveland. I am extremely rough on my nails and they hold up amazingly well. Also Roza is super friendly with the best customer service hands down. Clean and quick! What more could you want!

I've been here many times and am finally getting around to a review. Love this place. The facilities are clean and Roza is terrific. She is quick but thorough and my mani always lasts for weeks.

I don't usually write reviews but feel I need to warn potential customers. I purchased a groupon online after seeing positive reviews online. Wish I would has been warned about the unsanitary conditions. The file and buffer were reused from previous clients. The surroundings were dirty. Will NOT return.

So glad I found this place!!!! Super cute, clean. I got a gel mani which was $19 - one of the cheapest prices in the neighborhood (I called around and places in the area range from $25 - $42). She's got a lot of good regular nail polish colors too (including OPI). I loved how friendly she was, we had a good chat and I felt at home right away. My manicure came out great (it's been a week and no chips!).

I love love love this place. It's my new go-to. Roza, the owner is AWESOME. So were my nails. I got gel nails with a pink polish and it is BEE-YOO-TEE-FUL. I loved it because it was quick and easy, unlike acrylic which takes forever and sometimes leaves those cuts on your fingers. Plus, it's healthier for you. All this about gel manicures I learned from Roza who is amazing and will answer any question about anything you have.

First time going here and had a great experience!!!! I'm totally recommending this place to all my friends. Its a clean and small place, and the nails are awesome. Roza did an amazing job on my gel nails. I'm definitely coming back

I love supporting independently owned businesses specially when a woman is running the show. My mom and i had a great experience and will definitely be back! The place was clean, nice selection of colors, and genuine conversations with the owner, Roza. I had a mani-pedi and my mom had a mani we were both very happy with the customer service and overall experience

Just had my nails done here last night by Roza. She did such a great job! She removed my old gel without damaging my nails at all and gave me perfectly glossy red fingers. She was very thorough and gentle. The salon is also gorgeous and open. Everything looks clean and brand new. The prices are extremely reasonable. I will for sure be back.
