Absolutely horrific company to deal with all the way around they said they had cheaper vehicle insurance through their company when it was $80 more than what I'm paying calling the Federal trade commission better Business bureau and making complaints not related to auto insurance rates but other things they are completely slipping up over there at 21st mortgage never deal with these people at all whatsoever I will never deal with them again I promise you that neither is any of my family!!!!!!!!
This was the worst decision I've ever made. Good luck even paying these people. Do not ever get a mortgage with these people. Cavco homes? Run away from both 21st Mortgage and Cavco Homes as they're all the same evil people. Any manufactured home mortgage you are better off just not doing it. Do not make the same mistake as I have. They do not process payments and will force you to hopefully be able to pay your mortgage with third party payment systems in which you incur so many fees over the life of their THIRTY YEAR MORTGA... read more
My husband bought a house in 2016 he passed away last year. He left the house to my son in his Will and this mortgage company won’t give consent to the state of California to change it into my son’s name. They would rather keep a contract with my dead husband and let us live here and pay the mortgage then to turn it into my son‘s name. How bizarre is that? How ridiculous is that?!!!!
