When you can get a visit scheduled, the nurses are good but the problem is you can't get in touch with anyone in the office to schedule visits. When you call, you are sent to an answering machine that no one replies to. There were multiple times when I was supposed to have a visit and no one called or showed up.
I had a major flareup of my muscular dystrophy in late August. I couldn't even walk anymore. Had to use a wheelchair. My kaiser md prescribed 21st century home health services. I had them help me for 2 months. Physical therapist michael tran helped me twice a week. I made enough progress that I could use my walker. At the end of 2 months I was able to get into the garage and to my mobility scooter. My first trip was to Kaiser to get my flu n covid vaccine. Now I have kaiser pt every 2 weeks. After being discharged from the hospital 21st Cemtury Home Health were on the scene that day. I had important antibiotics to take the next day at 8:30 am to continue my regiment of doses that started at the hospital. I had comfort and ease with their delivery of said medicine that night to continue my home infusions. The caring staff that visited me did everything humanly possible to ensure my recovery was taken seriously with full medical professionalism. I experienced nothing but professional, exceptional, and kind care from these healthcare personnel. They helped me through a difficult time and I will always be grateful for them.
I am beyond grateful for this company! After my mom was discharged from the hospital for an 11 day stay, 21st Century Home Health Services was a life saver. Every single department that came to help my mom was not only professional, but knowlegeable, kind and wonderful human beings. A shout out to Jervin, RJ, Michaela & To, but especially Maria & Kat who cared for my mom for a longer duration and were absolutely amazing!
