Highly recommend! Mike came today to service and fix our gas fireplace. He was professional, well educated in his product, kind and extremely efficient. Very happy with the quality of service provided!
Very reliable company provided with excellent service over the years on my Heat and Glow insert.
Do not use. Called out to do a certification service, was prepared to pay...when he gave me a quote of $800 (have to check with the owner of course) but was also prepared to use him for the work quoted, he said said good luck & left, when I asked for a card he said no cause he "doesn't give out free quotes cause he can't afford to"......no one asked for a free quote but I won't be asking him to do the work now either.
21ST Century is a super reliable outfit. My propane heater has been maintained in excellent condition by them. The are responsive, punctual, very professional and super knowledgeable. I've dealt with them for about 10 years.
