We ordered some blades for our lawn mower and paid for them in advance. It took a solid month to get the parts but they called and said it was available for pickup. Walked in and was greeted by the nice lady at the front who pointed me to the parts counter. Those at the counter were very welcoming and kind staff. Cole helped look for this order as they had a small hiccup confirming the order from the computer but once he went to the back to take a look our name was on the order.
