Trying to repair my JD 1032 snowblower, I needed 2 pullleys. Following the JD schematic, I ordered the parts and drove to Longmont in snowy weather only to find the new parts don't match the old. Another order from the 21st Century parts counter sent to my house arrives and doesn't fit - the ID of the pulleys are off. I mail the second set of pulleys to 21st yet won't refund full or part of my $91.44 as I don't have the USPC tracking number from early December. Very nice store, layout, and products! The staff are all amazing!
Part services is terrible. It takes too long. Don’t have any stock. Don’t bother coming to the store for parts go to Greeley or go across the road to Wickham.
Can't simply provide a reply for a price on a riding mower. Really...if you can't get a call or an email with a simple price within a day, there are likely issues here.
