I recently had my zero turn mower serviced by Century 21 Equipment. The experience exceeded my expectations! It started with Jennifer in Service who clearly communicated what to expect with the service, and scheduling. It was followed up by Darius who performed the service at my home. Darius was both knowledgeable and personable. He communicated his arrival time, and checked in with me when he was finished. He even came back the next day to install a new battery. Great staff, particularly in the parts. You can also ask the repair group for suggestions if you're doing the work yourself.

I tried purchasing a lawn tractor from 21st Century in Longmont, I received a quote quickly but was told that the mulch control and the collection system were not compatible without removing a part. I responded to the salesperson that was only true with the 42" deck but not with the 48" deck. A few days later she emailed and asked where I found that information, well, it's on JD's website, I forward this back to her. 10 days later still no response so I emailed her asking if she received my email, again no response.
