Super smooth and professional experience. The staff at 21st Century Diagnostic Lab is professional, friendly and make everything easy. I got my results quickly and felt totally taken care of. Highly recommend for anyone needing blood work or urine analysis!
Best lab ever! Very friendly and helpful staff. They go out of their way to provide fast and satisfactory service. Im never going back to Quest or Labcorp again.
If you can possibly avoid this lab please do. I would even go as far as checking if your primary physician uses them. When you call then about a bill they don't return calls. Then they threaten you with collections. Then your send a payment and then they cash it and it gets returned back into your account. They spell names wrong and who doesn't include a return envelope. First of all, I've never been here for blood work. So it came as a shady surprise to me that somebody from this place I've never been to is asking me for money. I got my labs done at my doctor's office and received no information on it going to this particular third party. I've never experienced things being done this way before in my life. If I go to my doctor for a check up, I've never been billed by a third party later for tests that were done months in the past.
