Property continues to decline. No one is staffed in the office - deliveries and cleaning services can’t be done as no one is available to let them in. It seems that the residents continue to leave at an alarming rate. Better places to live in Sugar House.
This property has been great, also Tyree has been very helpful and accommodating. Well kept and good amenities
It was a great place to be until you see the shady things happen, drugs are a big problem and the people are scary!
