Booked the stay front desk was rude when I checked in booked with the 50 credit for good the front desk said they couldn’t give it to and nothing they could do it about for a 4 star place with no parking and someone who travels every week for work I was very disappointed
The hotel looks very nice but there's laps in service. Getting ice is a nightmare, especially because the phones don't work in the rooms. It takes an hour to get breakfast and 30 minutes to get your car sometimes.
My fiance and I choose this hotel for a weekend get away to celebrate out birthdays and we were pleasantly surprised. The staff was friendly, our room was clean and beautiful, the spa downstairs was a great value and we enjoyed the hot tub, pool, steam and sauna rooms. We loved being able to grab a drink at Idol Wolf and walk around the museum upstairs. We stayed to go to a performance at the Stiefel Theater. Beautiful location, VERY POOR SIGNAGE, great service.
Fun, cute, clean hotel. Great service. Good coffee, comfortable beds. Good location.
