Bug found in bed: We checked in and entered the room to do our usual bug check. I found a dead one in the sheets. We immediately packed all of our stuff to the car, walked to the venue, then checked out after our event. There wouldn't have been anything anyone could have done at that point to convince us to stay. The hotel overall was pretty and the staff were polite. The room was OK, but it needed cleaned better. On top of the bug, I found food bits and cereal pieces on the floor.

Stayed here for business purposes. 3 phone calls and 30+ minutes of waiting and they could not provide me a receipt for my stay. Never had this problem before beware if you need to provide receipts for expenses

This property definitely gets carried a lot by its design and furnishings. In terms of the room tech/amenities, it is definitely on par and you get what you pay for, but the service is horrendous in the housekeeping department When we checked in, the shampoo bottle was completely empty. The first morning after checking in, housekeeping knocked on our door with a do-not-disturb sign on. If only google had a sixth star. Let’s be real, we allll want a super clean room, modern decor/furniture, beautiful art, working amenities, great location… jetted pool, suana, heated pool, with great food and drinks right? Well this hotel has all tht plus the products they stock the bathroom with are so high quality I had to find them on Amazon so I can use them all the time.
