I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. My partner’s sunglasses were stolen from our car while it was in the hotel’s valet parking. To make matters worse, neither the valet service nor the hotel took any responsibility, and they refused to offer any kind of compensation. This lack of accountability is unacceptable. I cannot recommend this place to anyone.
Great hotel. Nice room, great food and awesome gym. Only issue is Valet will act like you’re trying to steal your own car. What is the point of having a valet slip if they don’t believe it and ask to see your ID. Very tacky and offensive for a hotel that’s supposed to be nice
