I missed one appointment due to an emergency, and when I called to reschedule, I was told she has a very strict no-show policy: if I didn’t show up again, she would remove me from her list of patients. Doctor Mario Robbins is one of the best psychiatrist in the NWI region. I have been a patient for 7yrs now. His staff is for the most part a great staff. We are all human beings dealing with mental health challenges daily. Doctor and his staff are also human beings that have a call in life to render services to Us with the mental health challenges.
