After seeing some negative reviews, I wanted to share my experience renting an apartment in this building. Honestly, I don’t get how some people rated it poorly. Since I moved in, everything has been great! The concierges are super friendly, the admin team is amazing, and they all work really hard to keep everything running smoothly. I’ve had a great experience living in this building already 6 months. The facilities are fantastic, with a well-equipped gym, secure parking, and a 24-hour concierge service that adds so much convenience and saftey. The location is unbeatable—having Regent’s Park just a short walk away is something I personally love. Baker Street Station is right around the corner, making it easy to get anywhere in the city, and being just a 15-minute walk from Oxford Street is a huge plus. My stay have been fantastic. The staff are always cheerful and full of energy, creating a welcoming and upbeat atmosphere. A special shoutout to Erlandas—his professionalism and attentiveness truly set the standard for excellent service. He ensures everything runs smoothly and always takes the time to make guests feel valued. With such a dedicated team, this place feels like more than just a stay—it’s an experience worth recommending.
Happen to rent out 2 apartments here for 2 weeks. Fantastic location and extremely helpful staff. Highly recommended for family stay. The location and access to must see places are a walk away.
The entire management team is great, from the manager who cares for the tenants and ensure their stay is comfortable, to the concierge that is always helpful and conscious of safety within the building, to the maintenance team that comes to your flat on a timely basis, to the cleaning team that keeps the building clean and bright. Me and my family are going to miss them. The location is great too but not as great as these guys here.
