John and team are the best - I called 218 from two states away when my son had car issues, and the went to where he was, ran initial diagnostics and called me back, then gave him a ride back to the shop and a safe, dry place for him to wait while I drove four hours to get him. He was professional and kept me in the loop throughout the process with the insurance adjusters, and I always felt like he was looking out for me. If you are looking for someone you can trust, this is the place.
