Joe Was very prompt and courteous. Went about his job and did an awesome job! Walked us through couple things and cleaned up so we’ll never knew he was there! A job well done!!!
I came home to a very unpleasant feeling. My A/C unit was not working in August. I called Elite heating and cooling and less than 15 mins later Chad was at my house. We decided to do a new unit and himself and Joe had it installed a cpl hours later! I highly recommend Elite Heating and Cooling out of Grand Rapids, MN. Very professional, and very good at what they do! Thanks again for saving me from the heat and humidity. Life savers.
