216MusCLE Training & Fitness is such a great place to workout. Friendly atmosphere but we WORKED. The owner Benjamin knows how to motivate each client to push past their limits and I love his apparel!
Instructor is awesome!
When I tell you this is a phenomenal workout I mean it. The immense diversity in workout classes and times fit absolutely amazing in my schedule.
Ben is a great 1 on 1 trainer as well a group coach. I enjoy attending all classes offered at his gym. The accountability, the energy, and the push is unmatched. If you're looking to challenge yourself with cardio and/or strength training I highly recommend you drop into this gym!
Great environment! Very client friendly and family like atmosphere. The classes are challenging, but not intimidating for people of all fitness levels. I HIGHLY recommend!
