Very disappointing experience. The lot advertises a $20 daily rate, but the pay station was entirely non-functional. After tap to pay failed and two separate credit cards were declined by the machine, I had no choice but to download the mobile app. To make matters worse, the app charges more than the advertised rate on the machine. The operator needs to fix their equipment and honor their posted prices.

Should be criminal how tight the stalls are. Even for a small SUV I often have to use my hand as a barrier between my door and the next car and squeeze out of the door (I’m 5’10” 170 lbs and at times I haven’t even fit).

Very tight parking stalls. Not even possible to get on or off from a car without bumping doors. Won't be coming back

Might as well not even bother to pay because they go around ticketing vehicles that have already paid. Then they make you wait on hold for a while when you call them and give you a hard time refuting the ticket even though you have receipt proof that you did in fact pay. Impark is a terrible company that tries to scam its paying customer. Do yourself a favor and use Impark as a last resort!
