Khadeejah toured me I loved the apartments and so far I’ve had a great experience
Stephen at the front desk is great! He helped us through the whole process and jumped right onto the problems that popped up. Eddie with maintenance is awesome! We had a lot of issues with the apartment when we moved in like no hot water, none of the kitchen outlets working, the storage room lock not working, the guest toilet leaking etc... Eddie came out and fixed everything very quickly! So far, we love the apartment and the community!
The worst customer service ever!! Dog crap every where, tenants stopping on the floor above you. Total disorder !
Poor management and terrible pest control service. There’s always new staff in the office and I’ve been a resident for only a year! Terrible cockroach issues for the majority of the lease and scorpions for about a few months (others had worse scorpion problem). They are unwilling to accommodate or make right for issues and if a staff member gives poor customer service, they will dismiss and redirect you to follow the rules. We are moving out and saying our walls need to be cleaned when they are, this property was taken over ... read more
