Jolene was amazing! I found her through facebook and was very nervous about getting a big change. I wanted to go from blonde/black ombre to red. She made the whole experience amazing and was super understanding of my needs. She made me feel relaxed all the way through even though I was super nervous. She knows hair people! My hair turned out amazing and I was super pleased. In love with my hair and they were damaged before but Jolene brought them back to life!!!! Will be back for sure!
Getting my hair cut was a super last minute impulse decision and I was lucky enough that Jolene had an opening! She was super knowledgable about hair and made me super at ease making such an impulsive decision, like changing my style completely. She trimmed my bangs 6 times just to make sure I was completely happy, and she was so easy to chat with! The cherry on top was how clean her studio was and how efficient she was while still staying tidy. I definitely will be going back.
