My advice to those who will rent a house from this company is definitely do not believe it, it is a fraudulent company, people apply and they take the application money, then even if the credit score payment score of the person is high, they say you are not eligible and cancel the application, they sit on top of $50, in other words, this is a small company that can scam you out of $50, be very careful, it happened to me.
I like this complex. It’s very clean, and I like the laundry area and gym. They have regular pest control. Any time I have had a problem, maintenance was prompt.
