If you call and tell them you are upset, and inquire why are appointments missed and are told waiting on ins. Then you call your dr's office and fine out it was done over a week ago. And they sent a text saying that they had no spot for my child, after about 10 weeks of service. Could not even call to tell me this..... They dropped the ball.
My 3 year old was referred here by his doctor. I'm so happy he's got this chance to experience. He therapist is Baylee! She's the absolute best. My son loves her♥️🥰.... She's patient, understanding, listens, explains, playful, loving, on time and keeps you informed. My son even ask for her on days she's not scheduled to come. He's not this active or open with anyone.... I love the fact that this is her job and she shows her love for it..... ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ #TeamBaylee
