I have been teaching since 2003 and have navigated many different spaces and work environments. What I love about 212 is what permeates the space- deeply focused teaching, tranquil and healing relevance of the work and a sense of community that remains respectful and at times giddy and fun. It's an essence for me to be here!

212 gyro is a diamond in the world of exercise and excellence. I returned to gyrotonics after many years. This studio invites you in and then gives you everything you need to feel good about your body and your mind.
