I used the Way.com website to reserve a spot here. I paid $32 for the parking spot on the website. When I went to leave they said I owed them $10 more. I wasn't too happy about that but I couldn't get my car until I paid them the extra $10. If you use a website to get a spot here, make sure you show them the email receipt when you arrive and make sure there will be no extra charges before you give them your car.
Heads up every car is considered ‘Oversized’ regardless of its actual size and will be charged extra at checkout. It may not be reflected in the price you see online but they will get you when you pick up your vehicle. Don’t let them tell you that the app is up charging you because it’s not true. I called SpotHero (the app I used) and they said it’s the garage owner that makes the call on oversized vehicles. Hate to give them one star cause they did seem like nice guys but the pricing structure just felt like a scam to me.
