I needed to find a place that was local and 211 is just down the street. I called in to ask about buying a last minute chain for myself. Kevin answered and responded to my questions perfectly. Stopped by with only 5 minutes before closing, and they didn't even kick me out! Got to talking about MTB a bit. I liked the shop; small LBS is what I was looking for and it seems these guys do the riding I enjoy. Hopefully see them out on the trails. I will definitely be back to this shop!
Not to be mean but this place is not good The guy charged me $150 to bend my crank back into place. So I took it to a guy who did it for $15, AND he also charged my friend $22 to put 5 screws on his back wheel that took 5 minutes. For me this place isn't that great
