Called because I had a screw in my tire. They didn’t answer but their voicemail said they were open and assisting another customer but leave a message and they would call right back. I didn’t leave a message thinking I would just try again in 30 min. Well 5 min later they called me back and asked how they could help!! They got me in 15 min later and 20 min after that I drove away with my tire fixed and one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in awhile. Took my car in for a screeching noise that I wanted looked at and they told me it was my brakes and I needed a control arm. Okay, that was fine. They were quick with getting the parts and work done, only took 3 days. They said they test drove it twice and it sounded great, thought I was good to go. Paid $1,208. I got new tires at 21 Tire and I’m very pleased with the service I received! Plus they have massage chairs, and complimentary snacks and drinks, in the waiting area. Will definitely go back!
