We had bought tires somewhere else, and they agreed to mount and balance them. They did that, and a few weeks later we had a little bit of a wobble so we took the car in to see what the issue was. We were fully prepared to pay for them to check them out. They took the tires off the car, checked the balances, and rotated them...and didn't charge us a cent! Also, there are snacks and massage chairs in the waiting room. It was a little surprising oasis. Will be back for future needs for sure!! ☺️

Called because I had a screw in my tire. They didn’t answer but their voicemail said they were open and assisting another customer but leave a message and they would call right back. I didn’t leave a message thinking I would just try again in 30 min. Well 5 min later they called me back and asked how they could help!! They got me in 15 min later and 20 min after that I drove away with my tire fixed and one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in awhile.
