I deeply regret buying in this building. Security has been a consistent issue, and when non-residents enter the building, the response from management and residents has been troubling. It creates an uncomfortable and unwelcoming environment. The HOA’s approach to fines feels aggressive and punitive. Residents can be fined for situations outside of their control, which adds unnecessary stress to living here.
