Absolutely phenomenal customer service from Brandy! And Connie too! I've had a storage unit here for over seven years now with nothing but positive experiences. I would highly recommend 21 South mini storage. Very pleased with the clean facility with many options. I've used them last year and again this year with multiple sized storage units. Their prices match or beat any of the others that I've priced out. The on-site dumpster comes in very handy and with 24-hour access availability has worked well with my schedule. I can't say enough about the friendly staff and their efforts to help me any way they could. The staff goes above and beyond to make sure your experience is the best.

I came in to inquire about my account. I met Connie for the first time. I was so pleased with her customer service. She went well above and beyond my needs. I’ve had multiple storage units in various locations and have never had the customer service that she gave. She most definitely made my day. I hope to see her more often. Such a beautiful, pleasant soul for anyone that comes into the office. Keep up the excellent customer service Connie and I can’t thank you enough!
