Enjoyed a quiet, relaxing and professional pedicure with Skylar. So gentle and thoughtful. She engaged if you wanted her to otherwise it was truly perfect down time. It was one of The Best I have ever enjoyed in 25 years of getting pedicures.
My first time here for the head spa was disappointing. I didn’t have the experience that others had told me they previously had. I didn’t get a shoulder or arm massage. It also didn’t last the full 45 minutes. Consistency is key. After starting 20 minutes past my appointment time, it would have been nice to have had a couple extra minutes. For clients having to wait past their appointment time, maybe offer them a beverage or something….just a suggestion. Great place. Welcoming and warm. I personally did not use the spa but did get a tattoo from Meghan. She was AWESOME! She had a super cute set up and did an amazing job on my tattoo! I would give her way more than 5 stars if I could!
Went for tattoo, Meagan Evans is spot on, very light handed,young but very good at her profession, I'm pleased with the outcome, going back and sent 5 others
